Reading Pizza Barn

We love this place! We try to stop here every time we come through this part of Michigan. Great Pizza, great ice cream, friendly and fast service! Don’t pass this place up!

I live almost two hours away. Stumbled across this place while waiting for a friend to get back home, and I've gone back every time I've been in the area. It really doesn't get any better than a place like this. Anyone ordering from a large chain of fastfood pizza that lives within 20-30minutes of Reading is crazy. Spend a few extra dollars to get something authentic. Plus you can get ice cream! I'll be heading to Bronson next week... I hope the weather is nice enough to allow me a trip over to Reading.

My girlfriend and I stopped in for something Friday and got the cheesy bacon bread and a Philly sub. The service was good, food was hot and wait for carryout right around the quoted 25 minutes. The portions were a good size, but I would have enjoyed more meat on the Philly and it could have used a little seasoning. The bacon cheese bread was cheesy and included the requested extra cheese yet taste flat, maybe a pinch of salt in the dough? Over all I'm happy to have tried it and I'm sure it's a popular neighborhood joint. I will most likely not get hot food again, but may stop for ice cream in the future. Driving through this little town called Reading on my way to go camping and stopped in for a Hawaiian pizza. Honestly the BEST PIZZA I have ever had! You can taste the fresh ingredients, fresh cut veggies, pinapple, fresh grated cheese, no bagged cubed ham, theirs is thinly shredded! The dough is homeade daily and definitely the best crust I have ever tasted!!! I got to speak with cook and she is the owner. She was so nice and the service was excellent. The outdoor seating was the perfect spot to have my lunch before driving on. I will go back just for the pizza in the future.

My Daughter and I went there for the first time to get pizza yesterday and the pizza was delicious!! We'll definitely be going bk there. Took awhile for the 16 in pizzas to get done but staff was friendly. 2 pup cups need to be cheaper lol 😆 But if you haven't tried this place you need to.
