Razzleberriez Frozen Yogurt - Lake Pleasant

I was in AZ on a personal trip when i was dying from the heat as i am from a cold state lol. The ice-cream was good but what was most refreshing to me was the customer service! I came in a little late around 7pm (11-8-25) and was greeted by an extremely kind and professional young lady. She could tell i was very overwhelmed by the heat and was super helpful and extremely kind and i couldn't appreciate that more! She has no idea just how much her kindness helped me that day. Her kindness feels rare to come across nowadays. A really refreshing experience with some cold icecream!

Razzleberries is easily one of the best frozen yogurt spots around. The flavors are always fresh and the place is super clean, but what really stood out on my last visit was the service. Susan was working when I came in and she was incredible. She greeted everyone with a genuine smile, kept everything stocked and spotless, and was super helpful when I had questions about the new flavors. You can tell she actually cares about the customers and takes pride in her work. The whole experience felt way more welcoming because of her. Razzleberries is great on its own, but people like Susan are what make you want to keep coming back.

I had the most pleasant experience at this frozen yogurt shop with my grandkids. I am from out of state and we usually go to Menchies. I had heard good things about this shop so we tried it out. When we came in we were greeted by a very polite young lady who said her name was Susan. I told her we were not familiar with the store and asked if they had a couple of our favorites. We were delighted that they did, and Susan recommended making combos of the flavors. My grands and I give you a two thumbs up and 5 stars for Susan! I told her we’d be back. The flavors you would expect to be together, such as pineapple and coconut, were in different machines, so they could not be blended. There were no fruit toppings, only artificial flavor balls, which didn't look appetizing at all. Then, the prices were high. We won't be back.

Came here with the grandkids for a little Saturday treat and they say it’s da bomb!
