Ray Borsella lost all of my mothers tax information and paperwork. Then continued to lie to me on the phone and verbally tell me that her taxes were submitted, filed and she didn’t owe anything. Knowing that he never filed her taxes!!!!!! My mother passed away this June so having to deal with this on top of her loss was horrible. I am beyond disgusted. My family’s level of disappointment on his firm is indescribable. He should of retired years ago!
