Ray Ray’s Pizza Shop

Decided to take a little drive about 40 minutes from home to try out this small-town pizzeria. I can say I was not disappointed!!! Priced are good, the food is amazing, and their menu offers many options, including the option to add seasoning to the crust and even customize your pizza with more than one sauce! We ordered a large supreme pizza, 20 wings 10/10 2 sauces, deep-fried cauliflower, and fried dough with a Side of icing. All under $65!!!!!!! The wings were nice a crispy, very flavorful Fried dough was nice and soft Deep fried cauliflower was nice and crispy even after the 40 minute drive home. Pizza was spectacular! The food is fine I do suppose They definitely know how to make a pizza pie. As far as I can they have been operating for a long time. And yet. Service seems to leave a bit to be desired. Could be better. Staff is grumpy always. Also, weird to only comment on negative reviews. Maybe be a little gracious instead of defensive? 2026 is a new year ray ray.

My son was working in Wolcott and decided to bring dinner home. He went to ray ray's pizza. Omg the pizza and wings are absolutely amazing. The pizza was thick and so flavorful. My husband stated it is just like WNY pizza. The wings had so much flavor and were cooked crisp. They offer a hot BBQ that had so much flavor with just the right amount of heat. If you are in the area I definitely recommend stopping in. We are already planning our next trip out there.

Anyone else experience awful customer service at Ray Ray's pizzeria? I have had multiple poor experiences but this evening was the worst yet! After a long day I called to order the pizza and wing deal, they said a hour on the wait, ok great no problem. The problem started when I noticed my order was in fact incorrect, when they handed it to me. I asked about this and they told me that is what was on there order slip. I very nicely explained that this dinner was for me and my daughter, my daughter 4 has been looking forward to her chicken wings and she would not eat buffalo wings. The one worker was not happy about me bringing this to his attention. I had to explain this yet again, and finally he did offer to make me another order of wings and add wait time. The food is mid and the staff are incredibly rude especially to teenagers. My 13 year old daughter and two of her friends went in so they could use the bathroom and they were insanely rude to them and they spoke in rude tones, they are children and they just need to use the restroom. There was absolutely no reason for the workers to be rude to them and I can honostly say I’m not going to spend my money there in the future. I’ve gotten food from there dozens of times and it was never really that good. I would not recommend going there.
