Rawtopia Living Cuisine and Beyond

Incredible cuisine and experience at Rawtopia. The restaurant itself is clean and pleasant with beautiful plants and even fresh flowers on some tables. The service is friendly and servers are happy to give suggestions. Now for the star of the show: the food. Starting with the ingredients, you notice they pay a lot of attention to details. Everything is organic, natural, wild-caught, unrefined, no seed oils, etc. The food arrives and is fresh and beautifully prepared. You can tell the chef is passionate. The flavors work synergistically together and there is a combination of different textures and flavor profiles in the dishes. And don’t skimp on dessert… guilt-free options are the cherry on top in this great establishment.

The food here is really good, especially the vegan options, creative and tasty. That said, the portions feel a bit small for the price. The restaurant itself has a lot of potential, but the service needs work. The servers don’t pay much attention unless you wave them down, and you end up having to follow up just to get noticed. With better service, this place could really shine.

This is the best food I have had at any restaurant, ever. We had drinks, appetizers, entrees/salads, and desserts and everything just tastes amazing, so much flavor and so fresh. It's so good that I chose a route that added over an hour to a 17hr roadtrip just so I could come back to Rawtopia. The ingredient quality is truly top notch and it is immediately apparent in everything that comes out of the kitchen. This is actually high quality made from scratch food, saying the menu is healthy is not a marketing gimmick like with so many other restaurants that take a bunch of lazy shortcuts and serve up garbage ingredients under greenwashed labels like "plant based" or "gluten free." You can tell that Omar, his mom, and the rest of the staff actually care about what they're serving to people.

Food was delicious and very flavorful!!! Will be a good to spot when in Utah again. Had the cauliflower, mushrooms, chili with bison, tortilla, mocha, lemonade and fudge balls. Fully satisfied and delighted! Thank you Rawtopia for the fresh and very flavorful experience. Customer service was excellent!

Oh my gosh, guys! This place is absolutely amazing! Everything was incredibly delicious. I got the bison burger, stuffed mushrooms and the chocolate pie. It was filling and didn't leave me feeling all heavy like most burgers do. I have to give props to the staff, everyone was so kind. This has been one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. It's so nice to see a restaurant that specializes in healthy eating and produces a wonderful dining experience. I wish I could give this place more than five stars.
