Purchased a bag of frozen calamari and went by exact cooking instructions. Worst I’ve ever had. Bought at Wegmans in Richmond Va. will never buy again. Horrible.

Recently bought frozen Coho fillets at Wellesley Whole Foods packed by this company, 2 pound for 24.99. I often poach fish in a court bouillon that is flavorful, having studied French cooking while becoming a chef. At least it was Alaskan, wild, and available.convenience of having some in my sub zero which is below freezing temperature.The star rating is five being the best fresh Coho. I have had frozen Coho that is very good, almost as good as the best fresh Coho, buying a whole side ,frozen in one piece, not cut.I have heard that the less handling of Fresh Coho, the better for the fish.
I called and was hung up on. I will take my business else where. Thank you.
Our package of bacon wrapped scallops stated it had 8 in it..it only had 7.
