Customer Reviews
I found this place for our first date. We had a nice time trying some German Bavarian fried schnitzel. Also the garden omelette hit the spot for brunch. Had a couple sparkling wines for a fun afternoon. Our server was super pleasant! Highly recommended.
We are a family of 3 and went there during our vacation in Munich, we really enjoyed the restaurant vibe and definitely the food, we went with some traditional dishes like the pork elbow and the beef tartar, loved it, definitely recommend the place.
Tried Rasselbock for the first time and overall had a great experience! We started with the beet salad and a pretzel — the salad was fresh and delicious with just the right amount of dressing. The pretzel was decent, though it didn’t feel super fresh. For mains, we had the chicken schnitzel and veal, along with sides of fries, garlic Brussels sprouts, spicy green beans, and spätzle. I personally preferred the chicken — it was tender and flavorful — while the veal wasn’t quite as soft. The sides were all tasty, though they seemed slightly over-fried and possibly cooked in oil that had been used a bit too long. Great beer selection with plenty of German options, and the place has a few screens — definitely a solid spot for watching soccer with good food and drinks. Our host, Melina, was fr
We came here for dinner and will be back! We booked a table and it was ready when we arrived. We ordered the potato pancakes to start, chicken schnitzel, pork pretzel schnitzel with mashed potato, red cabbage, cucumber and dill and green bean sides. We could not fault anything, all the food was so tasty and delicious. Street parking was full but there is a parking lot across the street. Wednesday night is trivia night so it was a bit noisy but we could still have a conversation.
These deviled eggs were SOO good! We came for Oktoberfest and had a great time. They had live music, boot drink options, and even did the water holding competition! Service was great as well, it was a little loud so maybe not a first date spot but great for a group of friends!
