Rasa at Mosaic District is such a refreshing concept — it’s like the Indian version of Chipotle or Meeza, but with a lot more flavor and personality. You get to build your own bowl with bases like Saag Paneer or Chicken Tikka Masala, and top it with a great variety of veggies, chutneys, and sauces. They have so many interesting toppings — from mango salsa, green chutney, and tamarind chutney, to roasted lentils, crispy chips, and even Indian namkeen for that perfect crunch. The sauces are full of flavor — especially the yellow, orange, coconut, and garlic sauces, which all add their own twist. We sat outside and enjoyed the cozy Mosaic District vibe. I tried the coconut/ginger dressing on my 1/2 veggie, 1/2 paneer platter this evening. I was pleasantly surprised at just how excellently rendered and cooked were the tastes from the dish. The yogurt with cucumber and coconut/ginger sauce and dressing were filled with heavenly flavors and tasted so good that the eyes bulged at it’s deliciousness. Those perfectly blended spices yielded a cool plate for the vegetarian and a quick dinner option at that that will find you with an effortless smile at the taste of this savory, hot dish every time while dining at RASA-A definite 15/15-it was a distinct pleasure devouring my special meal.

This place is excellent for grabbing a healthy meal and the atmosphere was awesome. The staff was excellent and really helpful with helping us figure out what we should pair with what. Love the vegan and vegetarian options! Would highly recommend! Definitely coming back.
