Tezla and Alexia were amazing at Rare Tea! They were both very knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and greeted us right away when we walked in the door. When I travel, I’m always on the lookout for a great boba spot, and I’m happy to say I’ve found my go-to place whenever I’m in Reno. The drinks were absolutely delicious, and the customer service was top-notch. Thank you for such a great experience—keep up the fabulous work! If I could leave 10 stars, I definitely would. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Came in craving milk tea with some friends on a Saturday. There was no parking when we got there, but luckily someone parking on the side of the street was leaving. It was not very busy and our drinks were ordered and made fairly quickly. We ordered: - Uji Matcha Milk Tea: The matcha here is really good and refreshing. Doesn't taste watered down at all from the last time I was here. - Mango Coconut + Noodle: The mango flavor is good. Tastes like a slushy with pieces of jelly shaped like noodles as a topping. Great for mango lovers! It is nice how there's outdoor seating and games to play. I wish there was a wider variety to choose from. It's a great place to meet up and hang out with friends.

The duo grape tea tastes SO GOOD! love their cream foam! However, $8 in total for a cup of drink is really high, which is even higher than Raretea in other states.

Glad an alternative and good boba milk tea opened in Reno. This RareTea did not disappoint during our visit on 05/05/24. Thai Tea with boba, 5*. Jasmine milk pure tea, 4.5*. Matcha latte, 5* Passion fruit green tea, 4.5* Lemon spring tea, 4*. Nothing special. Black milk tea, 4* Mango coconut, 4.5* Boba were slightly on chewy side, 4*.

Ingredients are clearly of high quality, from the freshness of the add-ons to the sturdiness of the straw; so sturdy, in fact, that my overly enthusiastic attempt to puncture the lid resulted in a minor mishap where I shattered the lid after I stuck it in the wrong location. To their credit, the staff responded with grace and humor, quickly replacing the lid without fuss.
