i LOVED this place when they first opened amazing food and i would pay 30$ for not the biggest portion but it was so good that i would get it i recently just came back and the food was not good at all im not sure if its the chef the quality it just does not taste good whatsoever not even the fries so disappointed also I got the salchipapa and added almost everything except bacon payed 30$ sadly won't be coming back

First time here. I ordered a Rapi colombiana and rapiburger big let me tell you it was all so amazing! I will definitely be recommending and returning.

I place a pick up order and it says it’ll be ready at 8:30. I show up around 8:30 and tell the person in front that I have a pick up order. She just points to the screen and tells me to order. I tell her I had one for pickup and she shakes her head no and tells me to show her. I show her the confirmation on my phone, and she looks confused and goes to the back. She comes back and tells me to wait about 10 minutes. I already paid so I just decide to wait. It definitely took more than 10 minutes and I was just frustrated because how do you not know there’s a pick up order? It wasn’t even busy so I was just confused. I like to give her the benefit of the doubt cuz she probably honestly didn’t see it. It was just kinda inconvenient. The food was actually really good. I’m not too mad about it,

Portion size is small for how much you pay and the customer service was very off putting only 2 orders of food was 50 dollars and had very strange aftertaste and everything was really soggy
