They shipped me a used machine, failed to replace or refund almost 3k$ spent on machine. Two months later they have done nothing to resolve. Beware of this company, this is my first large purchase from them and I recommend you stay away. Poor customer service, poor products, and do not use Timepayment for financing either, they told me that I still have to pay for a used damaged product, even though I paid full price for a brand new product!

I wanted to leave this review for an amazing experience. I had. It’s very rare that I get to write one of these Reviews. Most of the time service you received from any company do business with as marginal at best typically far less I was in a jam and needed a couple of items for upcoming wedding - My fault I placed the order late on a Friday afternoon. Well after what I found to be there at 3 o’clock deadline for shipments to go out that day. When I called after placing the order online, I spoke to a gentleman name, Alan You could tell that he truly cared about his job and apparently about his customers because he ended up going the extra mile late on a Friday afternoon - Going to talk To the person that has shipping department, who probably had a long hard week and wanted to go Home f

I don’t leave reviews often, but this one grinds my gears. If I could give zero stars I would. Worst customer service. And their products are absolute crap. I ordered keg supplies from them— a small corny keg and a CO2 lid for carbonation— both leaked air, the seals were all jacked up, neither are usable. We tried fixing it on our own, didn’t work and we are pretty knowledgeable with kegs. I emailed asking for a refund, even sent a video showing the leaking. No response. I email again almost 3 weeks later following up asking for a refund. Amy responds and says I can send back the product— which I had already disposed of due to no response from them and the fact it wasn’t operational— I’m not just going to keep a crappy product in my house just to look at.
