Rapadou Caribbean Restaurant

My wife and I visited Rapadou Caribbean Restaurant today while we were in Pennsylvania, and we were truly impressed. The restaurant is very spacious, clean, and welcoming. The owner was down-to-earth and genuinely kind, which made the experience even better. My wife ordered white rice with gravy beans, and légumes, and I ordered rice with goat. Everything was absolutely delicious, flavorful, and served in generous portions—more than we could finish! The food tasted fresh and authentic, and you can tell it’s made with care. We really enjoyed our visit and would definitely love to come back again.

Food is bangin‘! West York is lucky to have this restaurant. The owner has a revitalizing mentality that is fun to be around. I got a variety of dishes. Each has a reasonable portion size, with some extra lovin’s stuffed in each. Sides are NOT skimped on. The quality and extra lovin’s made me feel like a family-friend to the business, despite being a first-time visitor. Highly recommend.

The food is alright. But everytime I order I get the wrong food or sides are missing. It’s infuriating. This restaurant has potential but I can’t keep ordering from a place who doesn’t pay attention to my order. Overprice food and not getting the right order is not a good combination. It’s sad that I can’t keep supporting a fellow Haitian.

Visited York on a weekday trip and dined in with family and friends. The food was really good. I had legume with rice and beans, which were excellent. I also tried the griyo (fried pork chunks) and baked fish. Both were really good. The portions were large and price reasonable. The gentleman who served us was very friendly and even recommended a local Haitian market. We all agreed that we will come back to York even if it's just to eat here again.

We just went today for the first time it was really good!!! I never heard of it just randomly searched on google and it exceeded my expectations. We did take out but you can definitely sit in and eat too. The Portions were big & it was delicious.
