I have been using these guys for a couple of years now after doing my taxes myself for many, many years. My wife and I first met with Rand and we talked regarding my mother-in-laws estate. He was very personal and offered great guidance and direction. It was like talking to an old friend (but not old as in age, just wisdom). His staff of young blokes have been nothing short of amazing as well. They are just as responsive and personable. it took 3 weeks to get the first appointment. they came out my office, got bank statements, etc..... that was 5 weeks ago. they wont return calls, emails, or texts. ghosted me. what the hell kind of company is this???

Never going back to them . Worst experience with an accountant. They’re lazy , they don’t return their calls, email back & etc. definitely would recommend going elsewhere. Super unprofessional accounting firm.
