Rancherito's Mexican Food

​"Don't take this the wrong way, Rancheritos is a very good place—it's expensive for a late-night treat, but you're always open. However, yesterday when I went, the cashier was coughing all over, handled money, and then handed me my change without washing her hands, I put extra hand sanitizer before grabbing my food from her. Then, I got home and my order was for a steak and veggie breakfast burrito, nope it was wrong; I got a burrito, what I received was ham, potato, cheese, and egg. After a couple of bites, I noticed it wasn't my order and it was the driest burrito I've ever had from your restaurant."

Absolutely phenomenal tasting Quesobarilla tacos! I'm glad I decided to stop in! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for Mexican food in the area. The drive thru line always being packed should say enough.

I am writing to share feedback regarding recent experiences at your restaurant. Unfortunately, I have noticed a significant decline in food quality; the taste has changed, and the fries are occasionally served undercooked. Additionally, prices have increased while portion sizes and ingredients have decreased. I have also found staff to be increasingly restrictive with sauces. More concerningly, I witnessed an employee sitting on the grill with their shoes on while cleaning the wall. This is a serious health and safety concern that I believe requires immediate attention and better oversight to meet sanitary standards. I hope you will take these comments into consideration to improve the quality and hygiene of your establishment.

I ordered a burrito and carne fries and it was 30? and i asked for my receipt and he ripped the part were what he charged me for. their very unprofessional and i had to wait 5 minutes to get my receipt. he also told me that the price changes at midnight. and i called to ask why my receipt was ripped and he told me to bring the food back and i can get my money back because he knew he charged me then more then what i bought. i would not recommend going here.
