We were seated and waited on very quickly. Ordered some Chashu Buns as our app,which were decent, but we've had better. They serve it with some shredded fresh cabbage - - not our fave. We prefer more Chashu and more sauce. I ordered the Black Jack Ramen while hubs got the Spicy Tonkatsu. We were pleasantly surprised that the Chashu was not too fatty. Loved that they were so tender that they fell apart easily using chopsticks. Overall flavors were good with ample amounts of ramen and broth. They have a good selection of canned and bottled drinks. Hubs enjoyed his fruity ales.

Funny enough I saw this place rated on a msn article while bored at work. I was surprised to see it was one of the top ramen joints on the east coast. Had to see for myself... and the hype seems to be real. Ramen was on point, rich and flavorful with al dente medium small thickness noodles. Bowls were priced moderately well, $9 to $16.5 which is okay. I didn't find any of the "spicy" Ramen even remotely spicy so i wouldn't have that stop you from choosing something hot. Definitely worth checking out. Service was friendly and fast and noodles came out hot.

We finally got over to this Ramen location to give it a try. It also made the top 100 Ramen on Yelp in the US. For me the ramen was okay and my husband liked his. This review is based on both of our experiences. We waited over 30 minutes to be seated and when we finally sat down it took awhile for someone to wait on us. The restaurant was very busy and the staff was really hustling to get to everyone. The menu itself doesn't tell you anything about their ramen. It list names but not what type of broth they have, spice level, and meat that is in it. For anyone going to the restaurant looking for ramen and you don't eat pork, your only ramen option is the vegetarian which is what I had to get. I did get an extra egg and asked to make it spicy which helped. We both enjoyed the fresh noodles

The best Ramen hands down. The broth is very flavorful and the noodles have a great texture. I believe all the Ramen broth outside of the vegetable Ramen is pork based. It's about 40 minutes away from me, but if I want Ramen I will drive there every time! The service is good as well, but be prepared to wait. The restaurant is quaint and has minimal seating but the wait is worth it!

10/10 quality is persistent and delicious, never have had bad customer service ever one that works there is amazing. The pork buns are the most amazing creation ever made. The noodles are amazing and fresh the eggs are delicious for the tonkotsu. I highly recommend this place for authentic Ramen.❤️❤️
