I live in Sacramento and I come down to Fresno a lot for work. As much as I like it, the consistency is horrible! Spicy Tonkotsu Is my favorite! This week I came in Sunday night, December 7 At 8 PM. It was so on point delicious and whoever the cook was that night should be training people how to prepare it! I returned December 10 Wednesday 5 PM. The flavor was not there. It was hot and that was about it and I’ve experience this a couple months ago off and on again no consistency. I really hope the owners or management read this and figure figures it out

If you go here, make sure to come at least 2 hours before you start feeling hungry. We waited an hour and 10 minutes after we ordered to get the ramen. The ramen was pretty good tho...but not worth the wait.

Just got home amd had to leave a review! The food is BOMB, AND their service is phenomenal. Tall guy with glasses- sooo attentive- genuine- engaged and interacted with our kids! Such a cool-chill experience
