Ramen by UZU

I do not recommend the vegan miso ramen. The broth was lacking in any flavor and the stuffed tofu didn’t look or taste appetizing either.

This is a great little Ramen shop. It’s inside the Grace Street collective with a couple other food and beverage retailers, including South Block. The Ramen was super fresh and piping hot. Service is very friendly and fast. The egg was perfectly cooked, which doesn’t happen that often most places. I will definitely be coming back here for lunchtime Ramen. Highly recommend if you are out and about shopping in the Georgetown area.

This ramen is amazing! I had the veg and my fam tried the other options on the menu. It is like being in a Tokyo takeout spot - quality was great! We got it before the movies. Highly recommend

Went to Ramen by UZU and upon entering the food hall I was warmly greeted by Hero (who I would later find out was the owner) he immediately helped me order my Curry based Ramen with all veggies. As I waited Hero properly introduced himself to me and told me about the company and the other location in Union Market. This Ramen was some of the best I've had in D.C. it was flavorful with a hint of spice the veggie perfect. I've told all my coworkers to go and I will tell anyone else to go and taste some of the best Ramen around! Thank you for your kindness and recommendation Hero :) you'll see me again!

Delicious & authentic Japanese ramen! I brought my family for lunch and we all loved it, will definitely be back for more!
