Rama Thai Cuisine

Tenatively as I went too early so choices limited in prepared lunch combo. Small business. For $40 inclusive, I got 2 items combo with rice but maybe I should have chose chicken curry with rice instead of eggplant shown here. I also ordered ginger chicken rice and spicy basil beef rice. The presentation and aroma were there. Will try again.

First, this place is CASH ONLY, and is buried in the basement of jewelry building with no signs... there is a menu on wall, and you just order at counter ,and there are some old dirty booths. A real hole. I've eaten here twice, as there are not many Thai places DTLA. However, the food seemed pretty good. I got Rad Na with pork, noodles and gai lan (Chinese broccoli) were correct stuff and it was well made. Limited menu with no appetizers really. But I will eat there again, nice basement hole in the wall place.

Garlic Chicken & Thai Tea. The chicken was not fresh price was expensive. The quality of the meal was poorly, and no bathrooms available. I will never visit this basement restaurant.

This place is so hidden you'll be surprised it's even in business. It's a basic Thai restaurant with a small menu and a few ready made dishes. Food comes out really fast and it's cheap- not too many DTLA places where you can get an entree and a drink for 10 bucks. I was disappointed by my pad see ew the first time I came (salty and undercooked) but I really liked the spicy basil with chicken on my recent visit. Cooks may be somewhat inconsistent. Cash only and don't expect fancy atmosphere.

I got a wonton soup for my mom she was feeling under the weather or local Thai restaurant was closed so I decided to try this one out she finished all the food and for her to actual finish of a soup it's a miracles so I got to say thank you. Now it's my turn to try my new spot . You must try this spot!!! And the price is right.
