Ralph's Italian Ices & Ice Cream

Just paid $11.44 for 2 small ices. Their size small is VERY small so this pricing is absurd. They also use flat tops to further rip you off. Would not recommend, especially since there are other locations nearby that are more appropriately priced and use the usual dome tops.

Ralph’s is incredible but I recently went to this location around 1:30 pm. They open at noon. The Open sign was lit up and google said they were open. Nobody ever came to take my order. Even tried calling but nobody picked up. A couple with their child showed up after me, but they gave up after waiting for over 5 minutes. Very bizarre that nobody was there. They usually only have 1-2 people working there so I’m guessing they called in sick and they couldn’t find coverage but it was an unfortunate waste of time.

Drove 35 minutes for ices. Google listing says open until 11. Got here 1033 and they are closed. Family had a rough day. Just looking to add a little happiness. We'll that didn't work. Please fix your Google and hours listing. Can't get the hour back during to and from. I like your establishment lot. I love that you employee the younger generation, product is good and locations are clean. Just really bummed tonight. To boot you left the open signs on

Five stars because I’m a Ralph’s addict and it’s a nostalgic place for me now. Service High school kids need weekend and summer jobs. The service is more than acceptable. I wish the Ralph’s mascot would make an appearance here though. I’ve always wanted to see a lemon with a top hat in real life. Flavors In a good way, this place is a mess. The flavors are plastered everywhere in long lists. New flavors are randomly placed on pieces of paper on the windows. It’s confusing and daunting to pick a flavor but it works for Ralph’s. The cream ices have a good amount of chunks in them, depending on the flavor. I like anything with peanut butter or chocolate chunks in it. Water ices are flavorful. Now that the summer is coming closer and hot days are around the corner this place stays always busy. I just wish that they could keep the surroundings area much more clean and I hope that people could help to keep it clean too. The ices are delicious and not overwhelming sweet. I like to order the smaller size to try the other flavors. So far I have one favorite and it’s the strawberry 🍓 cheese cake. It has chunks of cheese cake and strawberries. Delish!!!
