Rally's

Meh. My food was somewhat cold and bland (I got the Cheesy Bacon Clucker or whatever it's called). In fact, the chicken tasted a bit off. I had to doctor it up with some condiments I had on hand at the house to make it taste good. The bun was also pathetically cold and flat, almost as if it had been pushed down or stepped on. Even the fries, usually the most up-to-snuff component of any Rally's experience, tasted as if the frying oil had not been changed for quite some time. There also seemed to not be as many as there should have been. Reasonably friendly service, however. The food was simply not up to par, which is disappointing because I enjoy Rally's when it actually fires on all cylinders.

This location is hit or miss yet even when they hit, somehow some way, they still miss something. You have to request fresh food but that has proven to be a bad decision. It is currently 5 pm on a Monday so I'm confused why my chicken sandwich and fries are cold and old. Why does one have to wait for old cold food??

Came to eat here after a night out & the person working the drive through at 12:30 on October 25 was extremely rude when I asked for wings mind you I come here all the time after 12 and get wings she told me we aren’t doing fried food right now only fries I said how are the fries made then she repeated herself very aggressively WE ARE ONLY DOING FRIES. AND . BURGERS will be going back to the store tomorrow to speak with a manager because literally last Saturday I got a 20 piece of wings at 12:45 like you don’t have to be rude or lie to people if you hate doing your job just quit !!! Never even got anything to eat because of her attitude

I love this place of business the workers are friendly. I’m always greeted with a smile it’s nice and clean. The food is always good and I’m in love with there sweet tea they know what I want when I come in keep up the good work crew❤️❤️❤️❤️

Jamal gave excellent customer service. He was attentive, thorough, patient and extremely kind. The fries were piping hot and the big Burford burger was made with much care. I implore people to visit this location. They are phenomenal. It's worth any wait time you might experience.
