Food came out fast even though it was made fresh, the late night staff was friendly and helpful when explaining my bill. (Added bacon that increased the price) 😅 overall great but the parking lot is very tight for large vehicles like my truck. 🥲 so be ready for a 5point backing out turn. 😂

Have a dude finding a girl in the city just to come through for a cheddar crisp. Ain't mad, but why can't Bay City learn your strong meat game, got that thing oozing. Have a guy make a religion on that sandwich. Not 1 lie told.

I think it's a good fast restaurant. Have been multiple times and will go again. Food is always good, filling and worth the money. The staff don't have a good attitude but overall I recommend it for convince and price plus right around the corner there is a whole block of thsi

Had a mobile order. When I got home I noticed 2 items were missing a Large Garlic Parmesan Loaded Fries and a Double Rallyburger With Cheese. Tried calling the store (515 S Michigan Ave) and they would not pick up the phone and actively rejecting the calls. Drove all the way back to the location and was then told I needed the bag with all the food with me so they could verify what was missing, this has happened a few times and usually it's a $2 or $3 item and i just eat the cost and move on. People need to be fired or retraining or something at this location because I am pissed off that this keeps happening at this location and the staff/manager did not help or care. I do not want to go to rally anymore and if I do decide to try again I will never go to this location ever again.

Decent food and good value. Some locations are kinda sketchy as far as service sometimes. Overall a decent option for fast food.
