Though we pre ordered and it took forever to get our order,the man at the window was super. His attitude, his smile,his politeness,was all around glorious. I wish I knew his name to give a proper shout out. He was working at 3:30 pm. So if you are him or know him,please tell him Candi said, don't lose your vibe and may God bless you in all your years.

I haven't had a Rallys hamburger in a few years. They were a favorite in the day. This place is smoking good. Our burgers were fresh and tasty, the loaded fries are definitely good 👍🏽. Our preparer was a guy named Harold. I definitely had to compliment him. Fast food 😋 but very good.

I had such a wonderful experience today. My husband and myself drove from Slidell to Covington (30 minutes away) just to get Rally’s. We don’t have one in Slidell. I must say the young lady that served us was very pleasant, friendly, and very patient. We ordered almost half the menu because we knew it would be a while before we’d have it again. Her customer service skills were impeccable and I commend her for her efforts and disposition. Our food was prepared fresh and hot. I’m immensely satisfied with our experience at this specific location. If you’re ever in Covington and want a great fast food experience stop by and try them out. Ask for Shandra, she’s a sweetheart. ☺️♥️

Pulled up to order at drive thru and placed order. Pulled up and paid for food. After 10 minutes with no customer in front of me I was asked to pull around window on the other side of building. I Pulled up to another car parked in that lane that belonged to someone in the store. Waited a few minutes and went back around to original window. The cashier rudely told me I told you go to other window. I informed her there was a car parked in the drive. After another five minutes I got my food. Not apologetic at all or considerate. Poor customer service.

I normally don’t complain, but this experience deserves a review. The food I got from the Rally’s in Covington was terrible. My sandwich was cold, tasted old, and was thrown together so sloppy it was falling apart. The fries tasted burnt, like they had been sitting in the grease way too long. I would’ve brought the food back, but I didn’t check the bag until I made it home. For the money I spent, this was a huge disappointment. Definitely not the quality I expect.
