Raleigh Court Branch Library

This library appears nice and the staff are polite, but the children's section is unkempt and very dirty. There are a lot of toys there, which is nice, but they are not cleaned regularly. My toddler brought me a battery operated toy that wasn't working and I took one look at it and knew it was filthy. I grabbed some hand sanitizer and a baby wipe and thoroughly cleaned the toy which went from grey to white. I was disgusted and left before my children could play with more things. I mentioned it to the staff on our way out and they couldn't care less.

Great library. Yes it’s next to a high school and it gets loud but it’s a PUBLIC LIBRARY so it’s for everyone..I’d sure rather have my kid hanging at the library than somewhere else (the kind, tolerant staff is a plus, and they give kids snacks) I’m grateful the library is there for kids to provide a safe place, a computer, internet to get schoolwork done for those that need it. If you don’t like the kids, avoid the 4-5pm hour when they’re there. It’s a nice library & Ryan and staff are doing an excellent job! Went to “Poetry Cafe” there on Saturday and it was fab. This is a great library with very professional staff members. TABITHA has a great passion to her job and did the best to help and serve in a great way Thanks! Definitely I recommend this library

*WOOO-W what's there to say about this library & Williamson?- *#1: These libraries allow their patrons microwave & kitchenette access (appropriate enough for those warming up their canned & frozen food & hot expressos because there's hardly any facilities throughout N Amer that allows its patrons to do such a thing!!!)*

Love this Library! Always helpful with a smile staff if you need help. Comfortable furnishings, good selections, computer use, meeting rooms, community information, groups and classes. 4/5/23 Excellent resource and such friendly and helpful staff! Reserve movies on-line you may want to see, and they have first rate recent selections! Convenient to me, with clean and pleasant facilities, lots of activities for the kids, occasional classes for adults, excellent community resources, and it's a library too!
