Customer Reviews
I had a really disappointing experience at Raising Cane’s. The customer service was poor from the start. I sat in the drive-through for about five minutes with no response before anyone even acknowledged me. When someone finally did, they claimed the headset had died, which might happen—but no one came out or tried to help in the meantime. The food wasn’t any better. The fries were burnt and the portion was ridiculously small—literally about the amount that would fit into one of the small slots where the Cane’s sauce sits in a Caniac combo. Definitely not what you’d expect for the price. Overall, the lack of communication, poor service, and low-quality food made this a really frustrating visit. I expect much better from Raising Cane’s.
Just wanted to give a big thanks to the straight up boss babe queen 👑 Brooklyn for making my night better after my exams. I'm a little late on the draw being so busy but about 2 weeks back I pulled through pretty late after not having canes for 12 years almost and she really boosted my spirits with her positive energetic personality. It's hard to feel low when we are blessed with people in the world like that. Kitchen made the meal great and on point 👉. Definitely coming through again if I get the same crew late at night. Stay safe y'all.
Canes is Canes and should taste the same across the board but not this location. Since I work down the street from this location I decided to grab lunch. This is my second time and both times I’ve been disappointed with the overall meal. Chicken fingers and fries tasted undercooked both times. The manager was friendly and checked in tables. Instead of complaining I decided I won’t go back. The location has plenty of parking but the adjacent parking lot that is adjacent to the Walmart has a ton of huge holes. In order to access the restaurant you have to drive through them. The interior of the restaurant is eclectic with indoor and outdoor seating.
The food was OK, but the service was terrible. I come and order some food and there’s this rude girl that was taking my order. She kept rushing me ans she kept constantly walking away. She had me waiting 30 minutes For my food, and then when I finally come, she completely forgets my order and she kept laughing With other workers? and ignoring other customers I don’t know the Employee’s name but I heard her name is Arianna And she walks around with circle rings She’s African-American can somebody talk to her. She seems to be young. and I don’t really mind, but she was extremely disrespectful. She needs a talking to from the manager. would recommend going to this one that has too many minors That play around
first off, so happy Canes is in Whitehall now and expanding further. we highly anticipated the opening of this location and it did not disappoint!! the design of the building itself, with the outdoor patio and all, is so nice. i haven’t seen a Canes with an outdoor seating area or ordering pavilion with fans etc. until this one. everyone was very nice and happy to be there even when they were clearly very busy and stressed out on opening day. my dog timmy even got a treat by one of the enthusiastic staff members :-) then of course, the food was BUSSIN. best Canes meal of my life. no joke. it just tasted like it was made RIGHT. so goooood. can’t wait for this to be my regular location now. thanks guys!
