Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Was genuinely in a difficult situation. Was being stalked by an ex I had just let go of earlier that week. Tried to tell her to stop showing up, and that we’d talk later. She wouldn’t listen and persisted in following me. Talked to the drive thru and they said just come to the front, only to ignore me. Then talked to someone else, relayed my story to them, and then purposely gave them my number to check up on me merely for buying food I didn’t want. I didn’t want to be the type to want to call the cops, but I later found my ex waiting for me at my place. I wanted them to call to see if any other further steps should be taken by dialing me first. The chicken strips tend to be too small and overcooked. The slaw doesn't have much flavor. The bread is good.

I love Cane’s—especially their Arnold Palmer—but this visit was unacceptable. After my drive-thru order, Alexis forgot to return my credit card. I was frustrated about having to go back and had to be upfront with the manager just to get any accommodations—ridiculous. The manager refused to give her name, made irrelevant comments about customers taking advantage of left-behind cards, and even said they were “calling out for us” as we drove off—like that was my responsibility! When I returned, I was at the counter and saw her grin at Alexis instead of taking the situation seriously. I had to show ID to retrieve my card, which made the experience even worse. Before leaving, I told the manager not to do that again—I’d hate for anyone else to go through this. I will not be returning to this loc

Plenty of parking spaces to park in the lot. Very festive with the Christmas tree at the entrance. The chicken fingers were tender and crispy. I love that the fries are crinkle. Never seen fries like the ones here elsewhere. The fries are also salted well. The long table has hooks for your bags. I really appreciate that because it's such an inconvenience when you have to hold your bag on your lap or stick it behind yourself. Great value for the combos. I recommend coming to this location.

The service here lately has been very slow. It takes forever to get your food, and the employees are all over the place. Business doesn’t seem to have much structure here. Coming to canes I typically get serviced very quickly, and I can eat and leave. Now I’m waiting 30-40 minutes for my food? That’s unacceptable.
