Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

The best canes I have been to. All tables were wiped clean, the floors shining, everything as organized as it could be. I was attended by a sweet young lady that professionally and kindly took my order. I didn’t even serve my drink yet when my food was ready. The chicken was crispy and tender, the fries as fresh as they can be. I know it’s simple, but having such experience left me in shock. This is an example of excellence, more so in this downgrading society. KEEP IT UP CANES ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Missing toast. Didn’t b.o.b. Fries cold. Chicken lukewarm and missing breading. Sauces hardly 1/2 way filled up. Rushed through an empty drive through. This is the 2nd time in a row I’ve had an issue with food quality and service at this location. I’m not sure what’s going on, but $17 for six small lukewarm chicken strips, cold fries, missing items, 1/2 filled sauce, AND rude staff is hard to justify. Went through the Drive-thru for a caniac order added an extra canes sauce. I was charged for it but it was not in the bag when I got homes. When I called for a refund for the sauce I was told to drive back in with the receipt! Pretty bad service for a $.40 sauce. I just wanted to refund based on principle!

I was looking forward to this meal because I haven't been here in a while but I was shocked and disappointed to say the least. The portions received were meager. The chicken itself was half cooked. And wasn't I supposed to receive cole slaw with the combo? The presentation and portion sizes were better in the past. :-( I may try a different location in the future.

Here we go AGAIN. Everytime I come to this location I am disappointed. I make a simple request of well done fries and for whatever reason it is not achievable. The portion of the fries has decreased exponentially, they used to be generous but not anymore. As well I requested my toast to be extra well done and buttered on both sides- Does this look like well done and well buttered? No. I did not even end up eating it. I called the manager and was dealt superficial kindness rather than solutions. I will not be returning nor recommending this Canes to ANYONE!!!!
