My first time there: Yum. The service,🔥.. The chicken fingers, 🔥. Now, I am not a big meat person- but let me tell you- I was ready to take Raising Cane’s home with me. Idk how, idk. Those battered chicken fingers were so delightful, my soul felt flavor. They weren’t even seasoned. I loved how respectful everyone was as I had left the food to wash my hands. The man who serviced me was so patient. He was knowledgeable in the menu… I always appreciate places with good customer service. Just thinking about all of this makes me want to go back this instant. God bless all on their future endeavors 🤎🙏🏽 1/14/25
I first ate at a Raising Cane’s down in Texas. At first I didn’t get it but my nieces insisted we go there, so we did. Not much for options on this menu… it’s chicken strips, or chicken strips, or chicken strip sandwiches. They are really good chicken strips though. If you’re going to only offer one thing, you better be the best at that one thing and I think they nailed it. Plus, if you go to their website and read the story how everyone told the founder it would never work and denied him good grades in business school and bank loans to get started and to then go on to research further and see that last year this chain grossed 1.5 billion dollars, you can’t help be have respect for this chain and the founder. Super friendly staff here… if you need to use the restroom, just ask a staf
I decided to visit the UMN Canes location, motivated after watching the recent Forbes segment on the owner of Raising Canes. The Customer Service is excellent and the service was fast 5★ there. The dining area is spacious and has that similar vibe the Owner of canes was talking about. 5★ However, one thing I am disappointed about is the value, I was expecting more fries and sauce at the price I paid (Box Combo, ~13$). 3★. Im also suprised that the chicken is completely unseasoned.
As a traveler, I meticulously choose where I eat based on reviews, and this raising canes was definitely a 5-star experience. I rarely sit down and eat, but I wanted to enjoy my chicken tenders while they were piping hot! The texas toast was buttery soft, fries crispy golden, and sweet tea made to perfection. Clean inside, and the staff was super friendly. Recommend? Absolutely #OneLove
I was surprised by it being actual, pulled from the breast, fibrous chicken tenders and not processed nuggets like elsewhere. The breading is like kfc, loose and perhaps meant to mimic actual chicken skin. But the “cane’s sauce” they come with for dipping, while balanced and inventive with no clear equivalent, comparison, or overpowering ingredient, still cheapened the dining experience and made the whole event feel unhealthy.
