Who’s the DJ here?! This playlist is 🔥... Depeche Mode, OutKast, Whitney Houston, R.E.M… I almost didn’t want to leave just because of the music. Whoever’s running it is definitely between 37 and 45 😄 Staff were super friendly, service was fast, and everything was clean. Food was very good, as always. You guys are doing an amazing job. One of my new favorite places in DC 🙌
Oh my goodness, what a restaurant. I recently went there 2 months ago for a family trip in D.C., and the chicken fingers were amazing! I love the standing tables, as it is uniquely designed. I'd definitely recommend this for a visit in Washington D.C. Union station. If you are staying in a hotel at NoMa-Gallaudet Station, it is just one stop to union station via red line.
People RAVE about Raising Cane's so I had to go. I'm not a huge fast-food guy, but I do like chicken. Does it live up to the hype? I personally didn't think so, BUT the chicken was good. I ordered the three-piece chicken finger meal which comes with fries and soda (they sell Coca-Cola products). The chicken is perfectly cooked, hot, and the dipping sauce is good. I asked for mayo on the fries and they were well salted. Overall, not a bad experience. Staff were very kind.
I’d been wanting to try Raising Canes, so I walked to Union Market just to give it a go. Friendly employees and great, hot, juicy, tender chicken. Great coleslaw too. Delicious. There’s no seating available at all and the music is VERY, VERY loud but over all it was great!
Chick It Out: Our First Taste of Raising Cane’s This was our first visit to Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers restaurant. We had seen one in New York City last summer but not had the time to call in. On this occasion we were passing through Union Station in D.C. with a lot of spare time, so took the opportunity to finally give them a try (Sat, May 31, 2025). Using the electronic kiosk, we ordered: 🍗 The Box Combo (4 chicken fingers, Crinkle-Cut Fries, Texas Toast, Cane’s Sauce, Coleslaw and regular Coke) = $13.49 🍗 The Box Combo (4 chicken fingers, Crinkle-Cut Fries, Texas Toast, Cane’s Sauce, Coleslaw and regular Lemonade) = $13.79 (inc. $.30 upcharge for lemonade) ❌ Cane’s Sauce = $.49 (they didn’t provide it) 🍴 Utensils = $0.00 👜 Bag = $.05 🐶 Collectible Graduation Plush Puppy = $9.99
