Customer Reviews
Raising Cane’s was very busy during my visit. I think the fanfare from the grand opening is still drawing in customers. The place looks quite nice for a fast food place, and service seemed efficient for the crowd. I tried the Box combo, and it wasn’t a bad deal. The chicken strips were decent, although not as crispy as I’d normally like. The dipping sauce was unique and good. The fries were decent, as was the toast, but the coleslaw didn’t meet my expectations. Overall, the meal was okay for the price, but it wasn’t jaw dropping.
I’ve been in the U.S. for quite a while and have tried all kinds of restaurants, big and small—but this place was honestly unbelievable. You wouldn’t even imagine it: people lining up for the food actually caused a traffic jam. Yes, really. At first, we were completely confused about why traffic suddenly stopped. After waiting for a long time, we finally realized everyone was lining up for this restaurant. That day, we happened to be visiting Trader Joe’s (the two stores are very close). Seeing that the line wasn’t too long, we decided to give it a try. After all, every time we walk out of Trader Joe’s, we can smell their fried chicken—it’s seriously tempting. To be fair, their sauce is really good. The fries are pretty similar to other fast-food places, but the chicken tenders were tend
Glad to finally have a Cane’s in the Grand Rapids area! I’ve had it before, and this location is exactly what you’d expect—consistent and reliable. The menu is definitely simple and nothing 'mind-blowing,' but the food was served fresh, hot, and quick. It’s a solid, high-quality fast food option when you want something better than the average drive-thru, even if it isn't groundbreaking. 7.5/10.
This is EASILY THE. BEST. RAISING CANES. EVER!!!!! This has been the most hyped up, Raising Cane’s opening of the year and finally, we have the first Raising Cane’s location in West Michigan!! My friend Trevor literally slept outside in the freezing cold overnight just to be one of the first customers here and his friend he met in line won the “Free Raising Canes for a Year” in the raffle so this was bound to be awesome!!! My friend has gone to Cane’s every day for the past seven days ever since it opened up and he loves this location! I stopped here tonight and it is hilarious the amount of energy people have here and for how excited people are to get this chicken!! The lines have been MASSIVE, but they honestly crank out so much quality chicken it doesn’t even matter! I love this locatio
Crunchy outside. Tender and moist inside. I loved it! This was my first time eating at Raising Canes and it was a great experience. I was very optimistic before my visit because I've read and seen a lot of great reviews. The fingers are not overly battered and they're seasoned just enough to be really good. The Cane's Sauce makes the fingers even better, but the fingers are good enough to stand on their own. I loved the crinkle cut fries. They hold the salt and ketchup better than other fries. The cole slaw was refreshingly delicious with the nice carrot and cabbage blend. The slaw can definitely go up against KFC and Lee's in a competition/comparison any day of the week. I ordered the Caniac Combo... 6 fingers Fries Dipping sauce Cole slaw Texas Toast 32 oz drink The food value was decent
