Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this was honestly disappointing. Ordered a combo at Raising Cane’s and the Texas toast I got was only grilled on ONE side. The other side was completely white and soft — like it was taken straight out of the bag and never touched the grill. This might seem like a small thing, but it’s part of the meal I paid for, and Cane’s is known for doing their toast properly buttered and grilled on both sides. This just felt rushed and careless. Food quality and consistency are the whole point of coming to a place like this. If the kitchen can’t handle basic items during service, that’s a problem. I’ve attached a photo so you can see what I’m talking about. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not the standard I expected.

They’re open on Sundays, which is super convenient. The food tastes great — the fried chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy inside. The service is also really friendly and attentive. Definitely worth a visit!

This is by far my worst restaurant experience I’ve had in nearly 10 years. I ordered online and they did not allow me to pick up the order in the drive-through. I told them I didn’t have any shoes and they said they couldn’t give me my food so I had to walk in the store barefoot only to find that they don’t give you any sauces with the chicken. I told them I read online that you get a sauce for every 2 to 4 tenders and I was told that was not the case I ended up having to spend additional money that I was not expecting on the sauces. I will never be back here again and all of the staff was incredibly rude.

Always a great experience at Raising Cane’s! The chicken is fresh and crispy, and the Cane’s sauce never disappoints. Staff is friendly and fast, and the place is always clean. It’s our go-to spot after basketball tournaments — hits the spot every time!

The food is really good. Chicken is not dry, with a crispy, flavorful breading. The French fries are very good, and the sauces are also good. The service is good, people are very friendly. The walls are decked out in what you would expect, although the bathroom wasn't too clean. Anyway I'll come back because this place was super good.
