Customer Reviews
The food is ok. The service is fair. The young people working there were friendly; but the set up makes it difficult to be efficient. I ordered my food to eat in, but nobody brought it to me. I had to step all the way back outside the restaurant to get my food. There is no service window, drink machine, condiment station or anything inside of this enclosed picnic pavilion of a dining room. I seem to recall there being sauces other than Cane's sauce at other restaurants. I could be wrong. It's been years since I went to one, but nothing but Cane's , ketchup and nasty old Louisiana brand hot sauce. The food was ok, but nothing special. It was cooked to order and nice and hot. Not an inviting place if you want to dine in. In fact, it seems specifically disigned to discourage dining in. I m
This was my first time trying Raising Cane’s at their new South Loop location, and it was very disappointing. Prices are noticeably higher than other nearby chicken places, yet they serve the food in cheap foam containers. Deep-fried food should not be placed in foam — it can release harmful chemicals, especially with hot foods, posing long-term health risks. For a restaurant charging premium prices, this is unacceptable. Food quality did not justify the cost either. If you care about your health and value, I would strongly recommend avoiding this location.
This was my first time visiting this location and it probably will be my last. Whoever designed this place couldn't have been from Chicago because you have to order your food outside. It's a great idea for the summer but when Chicago winter comes customers will freeze at the window. Next, I ordered the box combo with no coleslaw and extra fries. The size of the tenders we extra small and I never received my extra fries. Can you say skimpy? The customer service was great but that was all. This place needs to improve big time! Take notes from the location near Northriver Side Mall. I am willing to drive that far to receive what I paid for.
I got free curly hair in my order. The chicken tenders is quite small. I toss away the whole order because if the curly hair. Hopefully not from private part.🤮🤮🤮
I thought you could walk in. Nope! Its walk up or drive thru. Not cool for us older patrons. Food was fresh, hot and ok. I wasn't wow-ed! Limited to just tenders which are good. But more for younger patrons.
