Raines on Exchange Bar and Grill, LLC

We went to Raines for lunch to celebrate a few work accomplishments. The atmosphere was good. They were busy, but not so busy that the service suffered. Service was good. We sampled a lot of the appetizers and they were all good. I got the Hamburger Steak with all the goods on it and mashed potatoes as my side. It was cooked medium as I asked and had a good taste. I gave it 4 stars only because it was fried and not grilled. Still it was good. I will go back and get other items from the menu.

We stopped by after the Christkindlmarkt in the park, have never been so decided to check it out. There wasn't very many people at this time and we were seated right away. We did however notice 2 hostesses goof off the entire time we were there =( instead of helping the 1 who did everything else. The downside was our service, right away she was very stand off-ish which didn't make the experience pleasant. I'm not sure if she was having a rough night but we didn't deserve how she set the tone and treated us. Sincerely, Disappointing

Nice place to go with friends. Laid back atmosphere with bar and tvs. The noise level was low. We could hear each other talk. It was a Birthday get together.

ID GIVE A 5 BUT I HAFT GO BACK NOW TRY HAMBURGERS, CHICKEN SANDWICH, ETC..I GOT APP SAMPLE IT'S GOOD,CHICKEN BACON QUESADILLAS,GOOD But the bad reviews I've seen has to do with to young help, personally if it was me 4 the money they've put into this place they need professional cooks or trained cooked not 20s 30s year old..professional if they had money build all that why not have professional even chef

The atmosphere is pleasing for both bar patrons and families. The service is the best part of Raines on Exchange as the employees are friendly and attentive. The Arnold Burger is not what it was when this place opened. They are using canned chili, not making it from scratch Carolina style, and that’s incredibly disappointing. I understand you have to make money but cutting corners on a local staple ain’t the way to do it. Tater tot portion for price point is skimpy. My daughter loves the fries here, and she’s always treated so well by staff so I’ll continue to return for her but I’ll not be ordering food when we do because I can spend the same $ at Mac Smiths and get a WAY better product.
