This place would be better if they knew what they were doing. Family came here for a quick treat, I got a snowball/soft serve… wth is this? Looks nothing like the picture. Come on guys I really want to like this place. This is the second time coming here and I’m disappointed again.

Great place! My husband and I found this place while visiting Hershey, visited more than once. Friendly staff, quick service and amazing treats! We had waffle bowls and cones with hand dipped and soft serve. Definitely worth visiting!

Family and friends stopped here after a long day in the sun around seven o'clock, we were all very satisfied with the quality of the ice cream itself. We were not so trilled with the service, as the women taking orders was short and unhappy to be doing her job. I believe customers service makes or breaks an experience.

My daughter was fussing for a milkshake all afternoon. Her daddy buckled. Good thing though or we wouldn't have found this gem. Delicious milkshakes and ice cream. Haven't tried the shaved ice, but next time for sure :)
