Rafael's Italian Restaurant

Food was delicious! Atmosphere was fun loved hearing whoever it was singing in the back. The best part was the young man that greeted everyone that came in with almost a “cheers” like greeting. Watched him help a customer to his car that needed assistance. Taking his order to his car placing it in the car and telling him to have a great night. When I say customer service at it finest this was it. Whoever raised this young man did an excellent job.

It was my first time there. It's a small place. It was busy the entire time I was there. It's mostly pizza pickup but they have a good dining area. I had the Phicken Parmesan. It came with a side of spaghetti. It was very good. I'll definitely go back when I'm back in the area.

We ordered pizza, a calzone, and cheesecake. Everything was delicious! I’d compare the cheesecake to what I’ve had in New York- very good!! We are excited to try more things next time we come. The store was clean, and the staff were friendly and professional.

Seriously one of the most underrated restaurants in the area - amazing food and a really good deal with the amount they give you!

I place my order over the phone. Tell her I want to pay over the phone. She says only if that’s your only form of payment. I’m like um ok, I’ll just pay when I get there.. never once did they tell me it’s going to be a 3.5% convenience fee. I didn’t say anything about that.. I was in a hurry so I didn’t check the boxes before I left. I bought $45 worth of pizza. I get home and they look nasty and taste like rubber. I call and both the worker and manager were very rude. The manager interrupted me while I was talking and I told her don’t interrupt and let me finish. She tells me not to talk to her like that and hangs up the phone.. very unprofessional. I’ll never be back to Tullahoma Rafael’s again. Edited to respond: I did not yell at you until you were rude and interrupted me. And clearly
