Rachel's Mediterranean Grill

The girl working right now needs a serious raise. These are the ppl that make these business function. The place is clean, she has all the food options supplied, she served with a smile, and was so quick. I have been to this place location a few times and this girl was outstanding running the whole show while cooking the onions peppers, serving and cashing ppl out.

Ordered online $16.95 for a steak rice bowl paid for 2 pita . Gave $4 tip. Picked up my order.. no one in the place...bag had no pita. Had to go back and ask for it. Got home and the steak bowl was only 1/4 full. Biggest rip off place I should have asked for my tip back because the person definitely didn’t deserve it. It’s not even like he was busy.

Hell yeah extremely fresh healthy delicious food. Extremely filling Great on the budget. Hannah hipster vibe to it. Options for not overwhelming Steak 🥩, chicken 🍗, lamb 🐑, Had french fries with my meal. What does amazing oil vinegar stuff not sure what it was called but that was so delicious on the fries

Over the past few years, I have seen a decline in quality and service at Rachel’s. On 6/2 I suggested we try Rachel’s for dinner and give them another chance as it had been a while since we had been there. I was disappointed when I asked for an explanation as to why their menu advertised the Chicken and Lamb pitas at $9.95 + $2.95 to make it a combo. When I heard how much I was charged I thought it seemed high, I looked at the receipt and saw I was charged $13.75 + $2.95 for combo. Their explanation was because we had the wheat pita not the white and they charge same price as bowls for the wheat - we were given a choice without being told there was nearly $4 difference - it is also not advertised that there is an up charge for the wheat. Had someone explained that us, we would have saved

I stopped by Rachel’s Mediterranean recently, and I’ve got to say, Kalkedan and Efri made my visit such a good one. They were both super kind, patient, and just really fun to talk to. You can tell they actually care about the customers and enjoy what they do. The food was fresh, tasty, and came out quick, exactly how I like it. It’s hard to find that mix of good food and genuine service these days, but they nailed it. I left feeling full and happy. If you go, definitely look for Kalkedan and Efri, they’ll take good care of you!
