We had a meal for two here today and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! The wait staff was so knowledgeable of their wine selection, and recommended a great white wine. The atmosphere was perfect for our quiet, intimate occasion. Then came the food. We had the steak and it was cooked perfectly, taste was on point! But I also highly recommend the walnut pimiento cheese. We finished with an exquisite strawberry dessert. This will be a regular treat for our date night going forward. R Bistro thank you for this wonderful memory!

Amazing food. Great atmosphere. Locally sourced and scratch kitchen. A rare gem for the area. I highly recommend.

Beautiful restaurant , great service and delicious food! Tried the Gumbo, Sweet Potato Fries, Chicken Caprese sandwich, and steak sandwich! All was great (get the fries)! Staff was very friendly and helpful! R Bistro is a must visit in Fairhope!

We have eaten at many restaurants in Fairhope and last night was the best meal we’ve had. I had the featured fish dish and it was full of flavor and perfectly prepared. My husband had the duck and he was impressed. Our friends both had the salmon and said it was excellent. The presentation for the salmon was impressive. Our waiter made the evening! He was prompt, attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. The bartender can shake an icy martini too. We will be back soon for another meal!
