I can’t tell you enough how much I love this restaurant! Their canh bún is hands down the best in town — rich, flavorful, and authentic. It’s a family-owned place, and everyone who works here is so friendly and welcoming. You can really feel the homey vibe as soon as you walk in. I could eat here every day and never get tired of it. If you love canh bún like I do, this is an absolute must-try spot!

Surprisingly, in the Westminster area there is vermicelli Suong, a pure Southern dish with fresh shrimp ingredients, crushed and mixed with spices, creating a crispy, sweet, chewy feeling when used with vermicelli and the stewed soup is very fragrant and delicious. This place is the queen of bun. Got to try their bun thit nuong. They are known for their bun rieu. Give it a shot. I'm sure you will not be disappointed. Update 2025: Still the best bun place in Little Saigon.
