QuikTrip

Ordered food and the lady who made the food and handed the order was extremely rude! Her body language, attitude, was all awful! All he did was ask for our order and she acted like It upset her signing and shrugging her shoulders! Didn’t get her name but she had glasses and curly hair. We won’t be back the people with us asked what happened and why she was so angry they couldn’t hear the conversation but could tell by her hand gestures she acted like we were bothering her.

Food: The hot dog bun wouldn’t open fully, making it useless. The $2.xx hot dog was… not worth it without a bun. Restroom (men’s): Mostly clean, but 1 of the faucets was crooked and 1 of the urinals was continuously running. Cleanliness: A robot cleaner was slowly mopping while making noise. Service: There were four workers, and while one promptly came over to check me out, he didn’t seem to invite feedback or conversation. Gas: Cheap. They had a no ethanol options for +$0.40 more (+15%).

This location is always out of 89 and 91 octane, so I’ve stopped going to the 69 Highway store altogether. I really love QuikTrip, but this one seems to have a management issue — I’m not sure what’s going on, but no other QT in the area runs dry nearly as often as this one.

I’m not sure what’s going on at the two Quiktrip stores in (MUSKOGEE)! I absolutely have loved the Quik trip on Highway 69 and the Shawnee bypass… The morning crew are amazing and welcoming and warm and they’ve always had anything and everything that I have needed. I make a Daily morning Stop to get tea for the working day. And in the last numerous times that I have been there the new New tea machines are never working or they’re out of tea. I’m very disappointed in this as this is something I look forward to every morning for my drink for the day.

This QT location is under construction, so a 3 star rating for atmosphere I'd the highest rating I can give it. The employees are friendly and professional. I received good customer service as I have come to expect at QT locations. The food was good, and the beverage selection is great.
