Amazing food and good prices for the quality of food! Cute little spot to sit and eat with some colorful lights. Best Asada and Pollo street tacos I've had in a long time. Served with some grilled veggies and cucumbers to balance out the hot sauce. Will be back for sure!!

I had the worst experience at this location, I called ahead of time to order 2 pollos asado. When we arrived and my mom went up to pay for our order she was told that there was no order under my name. The girl taking orders said that she answers all calls and no orders were placed under that name. Then they tell her she can wait for the order, after 15 minutes they tell her they can only sell her one chicken. Kept changing it up on her, then she tells them she’s tired of the inconsistencies to Just refund her. So she takes our money back. I then call their phone # I had called previously, and she finally admits to taking my order, but somewhere along the line the ticket was lost. I've known this place for years. Although they're a "new" food truck in the treasure valley, they have been vending at local events all over Idaho for the past 5 years. I tried their food for the first time back in 2019 at a local event in Nampa and it was very delicious. Their food is the definition of authentic Mexican food. I had never had a quesadilla like the ones they sell. Ever since this event, I have been to various other events which they have attended and I am now a frequent customer at their food truck. Their prices are more than fair for the quality of food you receive, especially their quesadillas which are made with hand made corn tortillas, measure about 15in, and do come with rice and beans. I ordered Asadas Fries and an order of Enchiladas. The asadas fries were great ! Perfectly cooked to my liking, if you want it more cooked you can just ask, I’ve had the asada fries before and have never had an issue with them. The enchiladas were the star of the show today, if you want authentic Mexican food you gotta try it out! Ive been here multiple times already and the quesadillas are also really good and the tortillas are handmade hence the price;) so worth it!

We have had their food at local events quite a few times and have always been impressed!!! Their food is high quality and delicious! My son could not get enough of the rice and beans!
