Queen Pizza

My boyfriend, best friend and I dined here on our way home from BassProShops. The atmosphere inside is bright and welcoming. The boothes are nicely sized and the place is clean. The waitress who tended to us was on point and polite! We ordered a large pepperoni and cheese pizza with a side order of fries and everything was cooked very well. The pizza tasted really good and the fries were golden 👌 😋 free refills on fountain drinks too. And we paid just under 40 bucks and still have leftovers. Great dining experience and highly recommend it to anyone who needs a quick bite.

I ordered 15 BBQ wings on 1/15/25 and they were wayyyy over cooked & had to be thrown out. I wasn’t able to call 2 days ago when this occurred due to personal reasons but Queen pizza refused to issue me a refund even though I’ve been doing business with them for 10 years plus. I don’t need to fabricate in order to be compensated. A customer’s complaint/word should be enough but god forbid if an emergency arises that takes precedence over a call of complaint on the same day.

If i could give them 0 stars i would, first time ordering from them because my car was snowed in, i didn’t shovel yet. (2/23/26) so i ordered a pie and wings! Everything came up to $40.45 which i better get back on my card! Anyway i ordered at 5:45 pm. Do you know at 8pm they cancelled my order! They claim the first driver got unassigned, i called three times. Then apparently the second driver just apparently got into an accident, and I’m 5/7 mins away? How convenient! What I’m thinking is maybe the tip was too small, and they probably didn’t want to come. The desired tip they had in there was $4.95 i bet you if i would’ve tipped maybe $10 or so i probably would’ve gotten my food! Imagine being super hungry waiting for two hours only to not get your food and for your ordered to be cancelle

1st time getting pizza from Queens Pizza in east hartford. Terrible pizza. We just picked up a marigitta pizza - worst pizza ever! Overloaded with cheeses. Burnt basil and cut in weired slices. Would give it a minus zero if allowed.

Pizza and wings were good. Very quiet atmosphere nice friendly staff.
