Just went in to finish paperwork to sell my vehicle privately. The woman at the front desk (MJ) scoffed when I told her the year of my van and then rolled her eyes when I told her the mileage (which was incredibly low for the year). The woman who ended up helping us after that was very nice and to the point, only reason for 2 stars. I don't know if MJ realizes just how many notaries are in the quakertown area, but she should probably search that up quick before she turns any customers away with her attitude. If I wasn't meeting my buyer here as discussed, I would've immediately left and gone somewhere else.

I was trying to sell my grandfathers motorcycle and having the hardest time without transferring it over to me just to sell it. I spoke with one of their customer service reps and he not only explained an easy cheap way to get power of attorney but he looked up the paperwork and sent it to me via email. This isn’t my first good experience with this notary either. The woman at their front desk has helped me roughly 5 times with title transfers, tags, and notary in the past. They have a great staff and super helpful group! 10/10 they’re awesome!

Great service. Highly recommend. Wonderful staff who really knows what they are doing. I forgot to ask, I have a 2011 Toyota Sienna and it is keyless start, but there is a metal key in the key fob that opens the door if the battery goes dead so you can pop the hood. I have the original factory key and the new blanks from Toyota, but I can't find anyone outside of Philadelphia that has the machine to cut the key. Do you know a garage that has the key cutter for these ? It is just metal, no electronic parts. Thank you

Front of house staff was very accommodating and efficient. I was in and out in under 30 minutes and doing an out of state transfer. I must say it does help to have all your documents in order before going to a notary. The gentleman before me was dealing with a potential $500 state penalty but the staff on hand clearly was trying to help as best they could. I recommend this business to anyone from out of state.

I sold a car and did a title transfer here last week. Kyle was awesome to work with and made the process super easy. There were items that I forgot and he worked with me to make it as convenient as possible so that I didn't have to run back and get the missing documents. I then forgot to ask for a copy of the signed title for our file and when I called, he sent me the copy via email in 2 minutes. He was very professional and easy to work with. I will definitely sell a car through them again.
