Quaker Steak & Lube

We shot Quaker Steak and last night was no different. The lube burger with fries is my favorite (burger was the perfect medium), my husband loves the wings and chicken sandwich. It was a nice meal. It's busy and can be noisy but that's the kind of place it is so just know that going in. It's worth it to go in and sit down but they do have a drive-thru for pickup which we used during COVID many times. It's nice not having to get out of the car.

Online takeout order. Premium pricing for better than average food. I ordered a 15 pack and received 10 wings, 10 wings for $24. This is exactly why I do not tip on takeout orders.

Honestly, not that impressed. Service was great with friendly and attentive servers as well as a fun aesthetic/atmosphere. However, food was largely disappointing. Boneless wings that were largely breading, fries that were kind of stale, and a "smash burger" that wasn't remotely smashed or seasoned. Not a bad spot, but I don't think I'll come back to this location.

Everytime I go to Quaker the food and staff are great. My kids and I went for Valentine’s Day and my kids lost it over the balloons! They were handing them out as the kids left which was really awesome. The kids and I will be back again soon.

Ordered buckeye wings and they were completely raw and I have pictures to prove it I’m not happy at all then I called to talk to a manager and they put me on hold for five to Allmost ten minutes so I had my wife call and they finally got me to a higher manager and he told my wife that they would call back in a couple minutes and it’s been over a hour so I’ll make sure to let everybody I know not to come to this store ever again thank you
