Qua Pizza

Hands down the best pizza I’ve had in New Jersey and New York! The dough is light and airy, not heavy at all, and you can really tell they use high-quality flour. The cheese is fresh and flavorful, and the olive oil is excellent. Truly amazing pizza, highly recommend!

Christina was my server, she was patient and friendly making me feel welcome. I love this style of pizza, crispy and fluffy. I got the Tomasso slice, really nice sauce to cheese ratio with no overpowering elements. The place has a nice vibe, making it excellent for dining in. Overall, I would definitely come back here

Chef Matteo is an artist. If you're local, this should be in your regular rotation. If you're visiting, treat yourself to one of the best Italian restaurants around. Our family loves the chicken Milanese w/ vodka sauce, the chicken parm pizza, and the pistachio chicken hero.

I work in Manasquan & now that we found Qua we are ordering regularly. The Roman style pizza is just amazing! Crusty on the outside & light and airy layers inside. The Ceasar salad is always fresh & delicious. I highly recommend you try the Americana pizza.👍

I’ve been meaning to stop in to grab a slice for years. I wish I stopped in sooner. My mouth is watering as I think about describing this perfectly crafted pizza. The light airy crust was the perfect thickness and had a soft yet toasty crunch. The quality of sauce, cheese and spices are way above average. A lot of the ingredients are sourced from Italy - non-GMO tomatoes, the flour used is quality wheat that contains no additives or added enzymes. The toppings are sourced locally or from Italy. I typically have a reaction from dairy and gluten but I had no issue with this pizza. This is probably because most of it is sourced from good quality ingredients from Italy. It’s also kid approved!
