QDOBA Mexican Eats

Do not use the app to place an order or doordash from here. If you have any problems with your order or need to cancel you can't. Needed to cancel an order today and there was no where on the app to do so. It states at the bottom that with any issues call the store. So we called and rudely got told there was no way for them to fix any app or Doordash orders. No offer to resolve the issue other than to call back Monday to speak with general manager. Just sarcastically was told they couldn't do anything and repeatedly hurried off the phone like I was being a nuisance when I was just doing what their app told me to do. Also no corporate or customer service number to call, only a form to fill out. So just a warning about using the app to order food.

If I could give a negative number I would. Went in waited for 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter and guess what no one came., therefore I left. Two girls were hiding behind a small wall in the back on their phones laughing. If this is how this generations work ethic is then they are screwed and so are we the customers.

Loved the veggie rice bowl and burrito.. sauces has good spice levels.. service was very good and so was the food.. a good food stop in the area.

Tried QDOBA for the first time and I’ll definitely be back! It’s similar to Chipotle or Moe’s, but in my opinion the flavors were much better. The only downside was the chips—some were a bit overcooked, even slightly burnt—but overall the food was fresh and delicious.

We were really impressed with this place! The staff was very accommodating of our son’s needs and provided excellent service. The restaurant was very clean and we absolutely love the new look that this franchise is taking on. We definitely plan on stopping here again.
