QDOBA Mexican Eats

How can you get hired as a cook and not know how to portion food properly... Oh, thats probably because they let people come to work stumbling drunk and scream at each other. About 2pm dec 16th 2025, I witnessed a worker scream and threaten staff then proceeded to throw and break a metal chair and was promptly fired but had returned later in the day to "finish his shift".

Our experience at Qdoba in Weston, WI was disappointing. After a swim meet, we were looking for a quick meal, but the service was frustrating; the staff member seemed to ration our food and we had to repeatedly ask for more toppings in our bowls. Additionally, the chips were excessively salty, making them unenjoyable. We won't be returning.

I've always had a good experience at this Qdoba. The man with the longer hair, who I assume to be the manager, and Leo are always giving their all and providing quick, friendly service with a smile! The food itself is always good, and I haven't had a bad meal yet.

Workers are so kind and welcoming! I came in a little before close they still had everything and were so kind! Workers have always been so amazing here! Best qudoba spot!

Not the best. I am from out of town and the potion was small, didn’t have everything out and the food looked old and overdone. But the staff was nice.
