Customer Reviews
Subway nearby was closed so I decided to give this a try. Definitely felt like an off-brand chipotle. Very similar options, burritos bowls and quesadillas. A bit more expensive and smaller portions tho, so that was disappointing. The employees are also clearly overwhelmed. Twenty online orders got ringed in during the few minutes that I stayed and there was also like eight people in line. Additionally they were out of a few ingredients by already 6pm. I can understand why they might feel stressed and not be in the best condition to interact with customers. It’s a college fast food restaurant so I don’t expect a lot. And I didn’t receive a lot. The food was decent enough and prepared fast enough for me to come back.
I have been to this location numerous times in the past few months. As a freshman at AU, I was truly shocked how poor the service was. To clarify, some staff members are very kind. However there is one worker (red hair, lack of friendly face) who continuously spreads negativity. I have witnessed her scream at people for not being loud enough, give them dirty looks when they ask her how her day was and on one instance I asked her to remake my bowl because she gave me beans when I required beef. She threw my mistake bowl angrily and yelled at me that I don’t speak loud enough. Seriously guys, I understand this location is busy but this behavior from workers is just ridiculous.
I drove through a lot of traffic to go to this Qdoba and it was shutdown no one was working. Wasted gas and my entire lunch period going there. Yall seriously need to update your hours or add a note if you’re going to be shutdown on while the students are away for winter break!
The workers are nice to me and always remember my order, so when I come they make it without me saying anything. Ive been coming by since freshman year and I feel like the food has always been solid for what it is.
the MOST unprofessional staff I have ever seen. The lady taking me and my friend's order said that my friend couldn't order two quesadillas. Then we weren't spoken to, but waved off to the side twice by the man at the register. I understand that working on a college campus is stressful, but to be that rude and unprofessional to people offering their money to the company is absolutely insane.
