QDOBA Mexican Eats

I ordered online. Normally i go in but i havent been feeling the greatest so i sent my husband. Normally the food is great and portions are great too. Thus time my husband and sons food was half the size it normally is. The rice is not cooked all the way and is almost rock hard. So disappointing. Not sure about autmosphere or service. But j gave serve a 3 start because of the portions. When i go in the portions are filling. Theres are like what you would grt on a kids meal.

I used the pick up Qdoba catering option for a non-profit event on Monday, 1/12. Ordering online was so easy! And picking up the order was even better. The staff were incredible - nice, helpful, and supportive. This is my first time hosting and setting it up so they showed me everything - step by step! Everyone, and the experience, was so wonderful. The food was delicious as always! I will always recommend Qdoba catering for events!

I have been a regular Qdoba customer for years and usually enjoy the food, but my experience at this specific location today was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable, largely due to the unprofessional behavior of the manager, Rachael. While waiting for my order at the front counter, I clearly overheard Rachael loudly reprimanding employees in the back, shouting phrases like "What are you doing bavk here?" in a harsh and aggressive tone that carried throughout the entire restaurant. It was impossible for customers to ignore and created an immediately tense atmosphere. Moments later, she came to the front line and quietly spoke to the employee who was preparing my burrito. Whatever she said visibly affected him—he had been attentive and enthusiastic while assembling my order up until

I have a bit of a Qdoba addiction. Not all locations are on the same level, especially if you compare it to this location. This one is amazing on pretty much everything. The temperature of the food is always perfect, the customer service is always top notch, and the store is always clean. All the things that you want to see when you go to Qdoba. Worth the visit. Oh, and the manager is amazing. I hosted an employee get together there for my team and they were great to work with even though there was 12 of us all coming in on a Tuesday night.

I ordered from the ap and picked up at the store. The food was right on time and the staff asked me for my name to get my order for me very quickly. I love the shrimp option and I also got additional chips and cheese. I will be getting the shrimp again in my next bowl. Everything has a great portion size and tastes amazing! The only thing I would want to change is to get more chips but that is because they have some of the best chips in town and I want to much on them all afternoon.
