QDOBA Mexican Eats

Ordered a child nachos for my grandson. The lady, Jenna, who rang up my order asked if I wanted a child combo or just nachos. I said I didn't know the difference in price difference or what it came with. She huffed and puffed and said they only had fruit punch and it would come with chips.. I asked if I could get a small fountain drink because it was pointless to get more chips because we had nachos. She got snippy, incredibly rude and snapped at me and said she would have to charge me more for the fountain drink and whether I had the combo or not, it was the same price. My son was on the phone and could hear how rude she was. He then called to complain to the manager and apparently the manager is the one who rang up my order. My husband ordered a Surf n turf and a bowl of soup. The lady put the bowl of soup on top of his surf n turf. I also ordered a surf and turf with just shrimp no meat. No drinks, when we complained, they said we ordered my husband like that. Cost was 34.70. The soup smelt so bad we went to Popeyes and ordered him a 2 piece chicken meal 11.00. First and last time I ever go to Qdobo. Even mine doesn’t look like the healthy bowl on the menu picture.

The service was really good a young girl black hair was too kind and she was working hard but she didn’t get no help , she was the only one working on the line but the manayer were only talking on a table with another employee about their personal life’s instead of helping the girl or make the take outs

Staff was friendly, greeted me immediately and helped me understand my choices even though I was new and had come late. Burrito was excellent. 🌯

Absolutely the best! So tasty! They were clean, fast, helpful tasted so fresh and yummy! Best place I have been all year!
