Customer Reviews
Hi, I have been going into the restaurant to place my orders mostly. Tonight was the second time I placed the order online cause I didn’t want to wait in a long line. As I got there, there was a long line and I had to ask to pass everyone. I stood by online ordering counter and waited patiently for it to be done. The cashier girl asked if I was waiting for an online order. I yup. Gave her my name. She said it just needed to be bagged up. The guy bagging up my order looked back at me like he was irritated. When he handed me the bag, I said thanks with a big smile and there was nooooo smile on his face. He looked ticked off at me. I didn’t do anything except be patient and thank him. I do not know his name but he had red hair. Makes me not want to go back. Wow!!!!!! The food tasted good but
Valentine’s Day special. Bogo entrees. First I’d like to say I appreciate the employees overall attitudes. It was very busy. I placed a to go order at 6:10. Estimated time to pick up was 6:45. It is now 7:45 and there are 5 orders a head of me. I watched the line from out the door cycle through probably 5x. I can understand the busy totally. However, management should have recognized the two employees working the take out line on the back wall had no urgency or care in the world. Bagged doordash/online food came out I’d say 10-15 min apart. I didn’t see a way to cancel my order online. I wish I just jump in line, it would have been way faster by at least an hour.
The past two times I’ve been in the store to order, they have been out of either chicken or steak. They person making the online orders stopped the other person making our food from using the steak because “she needs it for her online orders “ which is pretty rude seeing how we were standing and waiting in store for 20 minutes. The person preparing our tortillas and bowls is basically the only person who is polite. The rest of the staff need a lot of customer service training, there also needs to be some kind of management or someone overseeing the entire process of preparing food. Also the dining room is always dirty. Do better QDOBA.
Over the last 2 months we have visited this Qdoba 3 times. The first was Christmas Eve. We arrived an hour before closing and they were out of all proteins except pork, queso & guac and they were clearly understaffed. There were two servers filling orders. One was serving online orders and the other was working through the very long line in the store. Both servers were speaking very rudely and with attitude to customers. They were obviously frustrated & didn't want to be there. The conversation with one customer turned into a heated argument. It was very uncomfortable. The customer was asking for the server's name & for the corporate number. The server refused to give the info but instead threatened to call the police. We got our pork bowl (not what we wanted) and left. The second visit
Although the service was actually very good, probably due to the fact that we went right when they opened up when we got home, I ordered three tacos with steak and pulled pork and as I was eating it, I felt something in my mouth and when I pulled it out, it was a large piece of plastic I don’t know how this could happen, but if this would’ve been a child, it could’ve choked them or caused serious harm. These people need to do a little bit better.
