QDOBA Mexican Eats

I’m giving this Qdoba a 1-star review due to one specific employee. On multiple occasions, she has been extremely rude and mean-spirited to both customers and staff. She has an unfriendly demeanor and is not suited for customer service. Every interaction I have had with her has been negative. For example, when ordering food, she puts on significantly smaller portions than the traditional Qdoba experience. When I asked for a little more, she refused and said that she already put on enough. The only comforting thing is that in reading the reviews, I am not the only person to experience this rude staff member. Qdoba, it is time you do a staff review of this store.

I visited this place today. Seems like the employees lack sanitation and cross contamination training. The cashier just finished accepting payment from another customer then touched the shredded cheese without changing gloves. I informed him that he needs to change his gloves because it just touched cash register. He said he didn't touch cash.

I wanted to eat something fairly healthy, so I decided to try this Qdoba location. I haven’t eaten at a Qdoba quite a while so I decided to explore the menu. I ordered a bowl with brisket, it was pretty flavorful but a little salty. I also I did the Cauliflower mash to my bowl. My bowl was good but it was a bit overpriced in my opinion. The customer service was very good, especially the cashier, she was extremely friendly and helpful.

The restaurant was extremely clean and the staff was very nice. I ordered 3 bowls and a quesadilla, all of them were made correctly and delicious!

Haven’t been to qdoba in a while but this reaffirms that the extra drive it chipotle is worth while. First of all, when did a burrito become $14 dollars ? That aside the older lady running the register had a scowl on her face and was rude and short with us as we checked out, definitely doesn’t like her job. Store overall was nice and clean although every single paper toilette in bathroom was empty.
